Sitting proudly on a large 829sqm block with water views, this holiday house is perfect for big families and large groups. Sleeping up to 12, 'A Beach Affair' offers a practical and generously layout providing functional living and entertaining spaces to enjoy both upstairs and downstairs.

The upper levels offers a large open plan space with the kitchen and dining area looking out to the side deck with water views and large bi-fold doors provide a seamless flow for indoor/outdoor living. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers electric appliances, including a dishwasher, and offers a breakfast bar with adjoining dining area. Timber and glass louvers to allow in the beautiful sea breezes as well as privacy with sun-smart roller blinds.

The master bedroom is the only bedroom on the upper level and offers a queen bed, ceiling fan, an ensuite and direct access to the back deck. The remaining bedrooms are on the ground level and offer another queen bed, two doubles and four singles. The lower level also has a family bathroom with shower, quarter bath and separate toilet. The laundry is also located on this level with top loader washing machine and dryer. Please note that the lower level is NOT air-conditioned.

The fully covered entertainment area on the lower level is equipped with a pot belly fireplace on chilly winter nights and ample space for lounging or dining when deciding a BBQ meal is in order. The three vintage light house prisms in the stairwell are one of this homes’ many standout features, along with the large, fully fenced private yard, which offers the perfect play space for children and pets. It also has an outdoor shower to wash away the salt and sand after a big day at the beach.

This fabulous holiday home is located in a lovely cul-de-sac and positioned approximately 50 metres to the stunning waters of Moreton Bay. This property is sure to become a family favourite with our regular guests and new visitors to the Island. Unfortunately the whale watching tower is not accessible to guests.

Fresh linen is supplied and will be at the property in a black laundry bag. Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels are all provided. All you need to bring are the beach towels. If you wish the beds to be made on arrival, please upgrade to the premium linen package during the booking process or advise our staff when you book over the phone.

    I’ve been staying/renting holiday houses since I was a child. This has been my most unimpressive to date.
    The house had uneven concrete floors in 2 rooms with random mats, the toilet was falling to pieces and the toilet seat was the wrong fit, there was no where near enough plates/glasses/bowls etc for the amount of people it’s advertised for. The table settings and lounges were not big enough for our party. The outside was so dirty and we had to hose everything off so we could even use it on our first day.
    It was not comfortable for 12 people in any of the spaces.
