This stunning contemporary house is positioned perfectly for ease & convenience. A welcoming open plan living, kitchen and dining space boasts an abundance of natural light and comfort, and with a large deck leading off the living area, Alegana is the perfect home for entertaining friends and family. The living area is set at the back of the property and offers a quiet and peaceful outlook into natural bushland. The home’s ambience is stylish and fashionable, and perfectly reflects the homes seaside setting. Alegana offers all the mod-cons sure to make your stay an enjoyable experience, including free Wifi, air conditioners and ceiling fans in living area and all three bedrooms, smart TV's in lounge and main bedroom.

Enjoy the practicality of an oversized breakfast bar in the large kitchen complete with dishwasher and state of the art fridge with ice and water dispenser. You’ll feel right at home in the bedrooms which are bright and airy and offer ceiling fans and reverse cycle air-conditioners for year round comfort. The roomy master bedroom boasts a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, while the main bathroom offers a bath and separate toilet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and third bedroom has 2 single beds. In the living area the home offers a comfortable pull-out sofa for sleeping 8 guests. A fenced area at the side of the house has been built to secure pets, so the four-legged family members can also enjoy an island holiday.

The large rear deck overlooks native forest and is perfect for a BBQ or simply relaxing and listening to the sounds of the native birdlife. Friendly kookaburras often visit at mealtimes and you will often spot the koalas that frequent the eucalypt forest at the rear of the property.

This charming home is the perfect pad from which to enjoy the very best that Straddie has to offer. The Amity Tavern is just a short stroll away at the bottom of your street and the beach is within walking distance from the property. This setting ensures peace and quiet whilst being only a very short drive to all amenities. There is a carport and off-street parking for a boat.

PLEASE NOTE: Fresh linen is supplied and will be at the property in a black laundry bag. Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and teatowels are all provided. All you need to bring are the beach towels. If you wish the beds to be made on arrival, please upgrade to the premium linen package during the booking process or advise our staff when booking over the phone.

    We have stayed at this property multiple times. It is a quiet location with beautiful views to the bush from the rear deck, home to kangaroos and koalas. Convenient to walk to the beach and local cafe. The accommodation is exactly as described, comfortable and clean. Any issues that may arise, (rarely), are always rectified as quickly as possible by the ladies at Straddie Sales. Lovely place to relax and chill. The only issue we had this visit was the very dirty BBQ. The house was spotless.

    A neat and tidy place with a view from to the bushland and wildlife from the back porch and an undercover car park. close to all amenities with a short drive to the Amity Point Community Club and swimming enclosure. The Amity Tavern is just down the end of the road and The Amity General sore a little further on. Will be back again.
