The house comfortably sleeps 12 guests. The large and luxuriously appointed main bedroom, complete with super king bed, leads out to the wrap-around deck and offers built-in-cupboards and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third bedroom sleeps two guests with two singles.

Downstairs has another 3 queen sized bedrooms, one with a half bath, another bathroom with large walk in shower and separate toilet, open plan kitchen, dining and living area and an additional small living room off one of the bedrooms. Regular visits from kangaroos, eastern ospreys, honey-eaters and the occasional koala, provide special moments for all.

Fresh linen is supplied and will be at the property in a black laundry bag. Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea-towels are all provided. All you need to bring are the beach towels.
