The recently renovated kitchen with electric stove/cook-top, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer offers lots of storage space for the whole family. This kitchen opens onto the rear covered patio with outdoor setting and gas BBQ.
An internal staircase leads downstairs to another air-conditioned living space with TV, small sitting area and a ping-pong table! Another two bedrooms with 1 x queen and 2 x singles, second bathroom with shower & toilet, second fridge / freezer and laundry is also located on this level.
Dogs are also welcome strictly outside in the securely fenced rear yard area. There is ample street parking - room for a car and boat.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned and fully screened, though the windows leading to the waterfront off both living areas are not screened.

Fresh linen is supplied and will be at the property in a black laundry bag. Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and teatowels are all provided. All you need to bring are the beach towels.
