The open plan living area will impress with high wooden ceilings and white walls providing a light-filled space that is warm and inviting. The modern, fully updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, large family size fridge, microwave and electric oven and cooktop. The pod coffee machine is there for lovers of coffee and ample bench space and stool seating makes the kitchen easy for friends and family to gather in and around while preparing the meals. The kitchen has a servery through to the large fully covered front deck, complete with a large outdoor dining setting and BBQ.

Being fully fenced, Brownie’s on Birch is pet-friendly and offers a secure place for kids to play in the large fully-grassed yard. Situated on a large level block with enough off-street parking for multiple vehicles and a boat, this holiday house has everything you need for a fuss-free comfortable Straddie holiday with only a short stroll to the Amity Tavern, the General Store and Toompany Beach.

Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!

  We have stayed here several times now. Great spot, handy to new bar and general store, and really good if you have dogs. Fully fenced and rear yard access. The new back deck was a lovely surprise too !
  
  Always clean and tidy and cosy. Some necessities were missing such as salt, a lighter for the bbq and mozzie coils, so it was our turn to supply and leave for next guest which is completely fine and a pleasure.
