Happy Daze is a comfortable, fully renovated house offers all the conveniences of home with lovely outdoor spaces and plenty of off street parking for vehicles, boats and other toys. Enhancing the appeal is the lovely big yard which backs on to native bush land giving a true bush/seaside experience including resident koalas and kangaroos.

With two bedrooms and sleeping up to 6 people, the main bedroom features a queen bed and the second offers a queen, king single and single trundle bed. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned with ceiling fans. The well appointed newly renovated kitchen with stone bench tops, induction cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher and family-sized fridge, offers everything you need to cook up a storm for the whole family.

Comfort is assured with the main living space air-conditioned with a ceiling fan, and the island vibe is continued with comfortable cane furniture and coastal decor. Wifi and a smart TV means family members can stay connected throughout their stay. The fully renovated bathroom / laundry with walk in shower and front loader washing machine only adds to the comfort factor.

The private patio offers a BBQ, outdoor dining for 10 people, multiple outdoor seating areas, a second fridge and is the perfect space to relax and unwind. The outdoor living areas overlook the pet and child friendly fully fenced yard with manicured gardens and a large grassed area, ideal for a game of family cricket. The double extra high carport which will comfortably accommodate two vehicles or boat and vehicle.

Happy Daze is going to become a family favourite with all the comforts and convenience to enjoy all that Amity and Straddie has to offer.

Please note, guests will not have access to the kitchen pantry, office, upstairs bedroom or shed.

Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!

    Lovely and relaxing rental, great facilities, clean and tidy. Great fenced and safe yard for our Grandchildren and small dog. Great location, close walking distance to shop, tavern, swimming enclosure and beach.

    The stay was a nice way to spend two weeks on holidays on Straddie.
    It got off to a bad start with the freezer in the house stopped working. Thank goodness for the local cleaner who came to our help and got onto the owner and arranged for a small freezer out of their shed to cover for us for the rest of our stay. Not much help came from the booking real estate people who only came up with the offer of an esky for our frozen food that were not in the bin. Only for Kelly we would have not had any freezer for the rest of our stay.
    Over all a nice place to stay and would book again.
