Fish from the rock wall, launch a kayak from the back yard and enjoy a paddle around the bay, or simply recline on the deck or grassy waterfront mesmerized by the passing parade of dolphins and turtles. You will cherish quality time with family or friends over a relaxing BBQ watching the ever changing colours of the sun setting across Moreton Bay.
For guest convenience the kitchen has bi-fold windows creating a servery onto the outdoor entertainment deck, where you will find a 2nd fridge and outdoor kitchen with built in BBQ. The living room offers a large L-shaped lounge and flows through to a spacious dining room. The main bedroom downstairs offers a Queen bed and ensuite with large walk-in shower. The second bedroom on this level sleeps five guests with a queen and single bed, and a set of single bunks. A third bathroom/laundry (shower & toilet) adjoins this bedroom. The master suite upstairs offers a king bed and large bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink vanity.
There is provision in the yard for off-street parking of multiple vehicles and/or a boat. This property is not securely fenced therefore is not suitable for pets.
Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!
