This magnificent island home is located only meters from the water's edge. The panoramic bay views, captured by the waterfront location, flow from the large covered outdoor entertainment deck through expansive glass doors into the spacious living room. Better still, imagine waking up in the morning to this sublime vista from the privacy of your upper level King bed with curtains drawn and balcony doors open. You will pinch yourself to make sure this is not a dream. For guest convenience the house is equipped with Wifi.

A romantic escape, a spacious family holiday destination or a unique location for old friends to get together, Millers Cottage offers it all. Fish from the rock wall, launch a kayak from the back yard and enjoy a paddle around the bay, or simply recline on the deck or grassy waterfront mesmerized by the passing parade of dolphins and turtles. You will cherish quality time with family or friends over a relaxing BBQ watching the ever changing colours of the sun setting across Moreton Bay.

For guest convenience the kitchen has bi-fold windows creating a servery onto the outdoor entertainment deck, where you will find a 2nd fridge and outdoor kitchen with built in BBQ. The living room offers a large L-shaped lounge and flows through to a spacious dining room. The main bedroom downstairs offers a Queen bed and ensuite with large walk-in shower. The second bedroom on this level sleeps five guests with a queen and single bed, and a set of single bunks. A third bathroom/laundry (shower & toilet) adjoins this bedroom. The master suite upstairs offers a king bed and large bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink vanity.

There is provision in the yard for off-street parking of multiple vehicles and/or a boat. This property is not securely fenced therefore is not suitable for pets.

Fresh linen is supplied inclusive of Quilts, sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. The beds inside the property will be made for you on arrival, all you need to bring are the beach towels!

    An amazing spot!
    Definitely needs some maintenance though.

    Outdoor couches definitely need to be cleaned, visibly stained and very musty smelling.

    The rugs could equally be cleaned. I certainly wouldn’t be letting the kids sit on them.

    Needs a pest service as there were lots of ants and spider cob webs inside.
